We believe radical pay transparency is part of what it means to be a community organisation. You should know exactly what everyone earns. Here it is.
The 1:3 Rule
The highest paid person in Common Wealth Common Ground earns no more than three times the lowest paid person. This is written into our constitution. It cannot be changed without a community vote.
This is the same principle of fairness as our Kindness exchange — where the most any skill can be valued at is 3x the minimum hour. The same commitment to fairness runs through everything.
